What to Expect during……

Template:
When we arrive for templating, we ask that you clear your countertops. The sink base cabinet must be cleared of items. If you project requires a tear out, please read below.

Tear out:
If your project requires that we tear out and remove your existing countertops, we will do so at time of templating. We will also disconnect your plumbing at time of template; make sure not to use your dishwasher until your plumber has reconnected the water. Templates usually take about 1-2 hours depending on the size of the project.

Installation:
At installation, we ask that you also clear the work area of any objects and a clear path for the installers to carry granite. We will cover the floor with protective paper or a cloth and clean the work areas after installation. However, there may be some residue over the next couple of days, so be sure to check and rinse plates, pots, silver, etc. if necessary. An installation will take any where from 3-8 hours, depending on the size of the project.

Sinks:
We will mount your sink to the granite at time of installation, and recommend that you do not run water or use the sink for 24 to 48 hours. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your plumber to reconnect the water.
